Join us for a heartwarming breakfast event that's perfect for the whole family!

Get ready to capture those priceless moments in your pajamas with the one and only Santa Claus! ·

Delicious Breakfast
Savor the flavors of a freshly prepared breakfast cooked just for you upon arrival. There are two seating options: 9:00am-10:30am or 11:00am-12:30pm, make the most of your festive morning!

Tickets
Each attendee requires a ticket. All kids tickets will receive a small gift and a photo. Tickets are priced at $20 for adults and $16 for children, the tickets include a delicious pancake breakfast cooked and served family style by the organizing committee. The kid tickets also include an opportunity to meet Santa, a digital photo, and a small gift. All attendees over the age of 1 are required to have a ticket.

This year we were able to hire the Santa from the Waterdown Santa Parade so we are confident it will be a hit!

The cost of the event has been primarily funded through donations both from our Dancemakerz community and from local businesses. The event is also being supported the day of by volunteers parents and dancers. The low expenses incurred means the majority of the proceeds from ticket sales will go to the slush fund. This initiative not only serves as a fun, family-friendly way to celebrate the holiday season, but also as a powerful community-building opportunity. With its low expenses and high profit margins, it has the potential to generate a significant contribution to the fund.

Terra Cotta Cookies

Dancemakerz is teaming up with Terra Cotta Cookies again to bring you delicious, peanut and nut-free cookies. Offering 12 scrumptious cookie dough flavours, including two gluten-free choices and a vegan option! Each box contains 40 x 20g pre-formed “Dough Drops™”. They come in compact boxes which are easily stored in your freezer to bake whenever that cookie craving hits. Bake as many or as few as you want, but trust us, you’ll want to stock up because once you taste them, they won’t last long! There is also an option for already baked shortbread in a lovely gift box, perfect for gift giving.

Cookie Dough Drop Boxes are $15.00 each, and Shortbread Gift Boxes are $10.00 each.

CAMPAIGN DATES & INFO
The campaign kicks off on Oct 30 and wraps up on Nov 20. The ordering webpage closes at 11:59 p.m. on the final day. Fundraiser is 100% online.

Please ensure that at check out to include group name (Dancemakerz), along with the dancers name for correct distribution and fund raising dollar allocation.

ORDER PICK-UP
At the studio on December 4th at 7:00pm. Cookies will be organized by Dancer name, each family is responsible for distributing to their friends and family who ordered.
Ensure you get the product back into a freezer ASAP. Due to the frozen nature of the dough, this is crucial for maintaining its quality.

How do participants win the pot?
For every correct prediction, the participant earns one point. At the end of the season, whoever has the most points wins the pot! 

What’s the cost vs profit?
$21 per entry    
- $10 prize pot
- $10 dancer’s account
- $1 admin fee
Translation: for every person you recruit to the pool, your dancer's account gets $10!

Optional: if you'd like to collect the fees from your friends and family, then send me the money along with the names of the participants, that works as well!
