Our Programs
RECREATIONAL
Designed for all skill levels, dancers are introduced to many different mainstream dance styles. We focus on coordination and rhythm, create strong ties to healthy habits, and improving self-confidence. Dancers also have the opportunity to perform in a world class theatre in our annual recital.
FULL TIME COMPETITIVE
Our award winning team travels all over southern Ontario competing in some of the province’s top competitions. Dancers are motivated to reach their full potential through intense conditioning, complex choreography, technical training, and personalized attention.
PART TIME COMPETITIVE
Our part time team enjoys the same successes and challenges as the full time team, competing in the same venues around Ontario. Our scaled down training program allows dancers to get a feel for the competitive environment in a relaxed way.
